Yoga Asanas and Their Benefits

1. Garudasana (Eagle Pose)

Steps: Stand tall, bend knees slightly, cross one leg over the other, and twist arms at the elbows. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch.

2. Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose)
